**Job Summary**
**Tasks**:
- Work with the business development team to continue to secure and grow the CX ,Sales, Marketing,Customer Service and Retail, ecommerce business
- Engage with Sales and Customer Service to build key internal and external partnerships in order to provide digital experience services and solutions that enhance customer experiences, UI, tools design, optimization / efficiency of ecommerce businesses, etc.
- Oversee and identify market trends, best practices, and new solutions that should be considered and/or applied
- Establish and cultivate a culture of test and learn, continually identifying new test ideas with an eye on improving the customer
- Will address business process/operations issues. Additionally, will address streamlining the business operations, and conduct needs analysis and recommend implementation strategies.
- Identify the future growth spaces in line with eCommerce strategic plan aligned with BU
**Skills & Qualifications**:




- 10+ years relevant work experience in the digital domain, with strong emphasis in Sales, CRM, ecommerce, digital solutions and platforms.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering REQUIRED
- Graduated is a MUST
- Master in Innovation or Design Thinking, MBA PREFERRED.
- Must be able to demonstrate a strong background as a solutions architect in the CRM, customer service and ecommerce development space.
- Must be able to demonstrate the ability to lead the types of projects outlined.
- A strong understanding of multi-channel delivery is a must.
- Ability to communicate, manage and report on critical performance metrics on a regular basis
- Proven success influencing and working effectively across business groups
- Certifications in SAFe, BRM, ITIL Foundations are required.
- Strong presentation and communication skills a must.




- Understands the competitive marketplace and have experience developing partnerships or alliances to acquire data sources, analytic tools, or technological competencies.
- Project Management - ability to pull together, manage and lead cross-functional teams. Build critical paths, communicate clearly and maintain focus & momentum against key initiatives
- Proven experience and a track record of exceptional Sales performance within a B2C or B2B environment (preferably retail or ecommerce)
- Digital affinity and potential eCommerce background
- High on future fit skills of data analytics, digital
- Strong influencing & negotiation to navigate business development opportunities
- High on stakeholder managememet to drive business agenda
- Ability to work in highly complex, ambiguous environment




- Quick decision making and strong on execution
- Promote and drive adoption of Agile/DevSecOps methodologies.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Must have five (5) years of experience with: managing CX level relationships, communications, and expectations; developing governance models and charters; leading design thinking and agile mindset change.
- Must have three (3) years of experience developing annual and multi-year strategic IT investment roadmaps.
