[U-51] - Planning and Operations Specialist (Temporary)

**Vehicle Connected Services** team in mainly two areas:
**Planning** and
**Operations**. He/she would be responsible for operational and financial activities and support in other roles for the overall team.
Main responsibilities:
- Financial Monthly responsibilities within the area
- Supplier Payments and volume confirmation activities accordingly.
- Month Closing.
- Follow up items with suppliers and internal Finance teams.
- Specific Milestones deliverables to Financial Areas




- Support in the creation of deliverables together with manager to send to specific teams in milestones such as Business Plan Setting or Forecast.
- Operations
- Support to Operations teams in support to internal/external Customers.
**Education**:
- BS degree in Engineering preferred (Industrial, Computer Science or other relates areas).
**Previous experience**:
- Within Financial areas desired but not mandatory.
**Required knowledge**:
- High proficiency on Microsoft packages desired.
- Other programs will be taught during his/her time with the team.
**Language**:
**Competences**:
- Able to quickly analyze, compare and interpret detailed and sometimes limited information and make sound and accurate conclusions.
- Ability to defend his/her conclusions with detailed evidence and convincing negotiation.
- Ability to close pending issues or solve problems with the support of management by proposing solutions.
**Work Scheme**: Blended Scheme - On Remote and Office.
