We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of **Client Implementation Officer**
**Role Purpose**:
The role of the Enablement management group in Client Implementation is key to shaping global and local client relationships by managing multiple payments and liquidity projects to successful completion.
You'll be at the forefront of maintaining GPS products for existing to bank clients, ensuring seamless transitions, driving satisfaction, and supporting excellence.
**Main Activities**:
- Provide support on maintenances required for existing to bank client base, utilising knowledge of SME Payments, Liquidity, ERP, and Regulatory Solution.
- Coordinate Product and Channel Fulfilment by ensuring that products and services are delivered in accordance with the scope outlined in the Statement of Work.
- Support proactive project management methodologies and organisational designs to assist in managing multiple client projects effectively.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across multiple regions, under the guidance of the Senior Project Manager.
- Own client communication throughout the project lifecycle and beyond on simple ETB project.

- Provide timely updates to the Project team and deal initiator on the status of all activities ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the process and verifying projects set up ahead of providing confirmation.
- Ensure every client can operate their accounts and services as expected, and project expectations are met before a project is completed.

- Maintain a balance approach to work and life, even when under pressure.
Requirements- Experience in building effective client relationships and stakeholder management.
- Ability to own end to end project management on simple ETB projects.
- Detailed knowledge of GPS Products and Services.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation creation and validation processes.
- Previous exposure to project management tasks or relevant qualifications is a plus.
- Familiarity with design thinking principle is advantageous.
- Strong organisational skill to manage multiples tasks and deadlines.
Fast learned with ability to gain/ wide raging understanding of corporate customer/market requirements and end to end customer journeys.
- Ability to manage competing deadlines effectively in real-time.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the role.
