**Preference**- A person having experience of working as an engagement manager for Indian IT services organization, speaks English and Spanish fluently **OR**:- A person from Mexican origin, having experience of working as an engagement manager for Indian IT services organization, speaks English and Spanish fluently.- Experience in Media & Telecom domain business.
**High level Roles & Responsibilities**- Embed and work very closely with Customer organization/account for growing the existing service lines.
Work on mining the account for more opportunities in the existing and other divisions of customer organizations to enhance business growth.- Meet the revenue targets for the account.- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
CSAT Index - Ensure Coverage, Response rate of > 80%, CSAT Average of 4.5& above- Onsite attrition - Timely completion of appraisals for onsite engineers, engaging them.- Timeliness of alerts/intelligence for business growth/retention.- Act as the onsite bridge for all offshore engineers to enable them understand requirements unambiguously for turning around proposals & deliver projects successfully.- Build strong relationship with customers to ensure business continuity and business growth.
**Job Type**: ContractContract length: 12 monthsPay: $40.00 - $60.00 per hour**Experience**:- media / telecom domain: 5 years (preferred)- CSAT Index: 6 years (preferred)- engagement manager: 8 years (preferred)Work Location: Remote
