We are looking for a detail oriented, customer focused Customer Service Rep to maintain our reputation.
**Major Tasks and Key Responsibilities**- Answer phones- Tenant communication: You are the main point of contact with our tenants.
Communication includes:- Answering general questions- Contacting them regarding delinquent accounts- Manage resident ledger accounts**Job Overview and Requirements**- Required experience: Customer service experience preferred but no required.
We will train the right person with the right attitude!- Great people skills-you regularly interact with tenants- Great at resolving conflict- Very good communication skills, both written and verbal- Excellent math skills- Listening skills- Highly organized, strong time management skills with a sense of urgency.- Above average technology skills- **Excellent written and verbal communication in English is absolutely required!
**_**Benefits and Pay**- This is a full-time remote position with a U.S. company- Starting salary pay between 16,000-18,000 pesos per month- Work Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30-5:00 (eastern time)- Weekends off- Paid holidays- Paid time off- Health insurance and taxes reimbursement- Annual time of service bonus- Internet expense paid**Please submit resume in English.**Questions?
