**Your day to day**- Support and facilitate the IT procurement management processes, including purchase order management,
contract reviews and budget validation- Route contracts for appropriate approvals ensuring Finance and Legal compliance with Poly processes and procedures- During approval process, follow up with approvers and address questions- Facilitate communications between stakeholders, IT partners, Legal, Purchasing, Accounts Payable and Accounting- Work with vendors to obtain invoices and provide payment status per request- Assist with budget management and forecast- Perform full Purchase Order cycle (submit change orders, enter receipts for accrual/payment validation purposes, close Purchase Orders)- Perform ad hoc tasks per request.
**What you bring to the team**- 3+ years of experience in Procurement- Experience in the requisition and purchase order processes- Experience working with Oracle IProcurement is a plus- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot and vlookup is a must)- Strong English written/verbal communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills- Ability to adapt to change quickly and multi-task- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus**Our Culture**At Poly,
