We are actively seeking a highly skilled **Lead Java Developer** to spearhead our innovative team.
In this pivotal role, you'll lead the development and refinement of critical software systems essential for the strategic planning and development of data centers.
Leveraging your expertise, you will enhance supply chain timelines and foster robust supplier relationships, all while ensuring top-tier operational efficiency and software reliability.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the development of new features and the refinement of existing code to boost functionality and efficiency
- Architect and build scalable and high-performance platforms
- Propose and validate designs and architecture for components you and your team develop
- Mentor and guide a team of world-class engineers, architects, and product managers
- Leverage state-of-the-art technologies from a leading tech company's technology stack
- Minimize distractions by focusing the team on development activities with fewer meetings
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- 5+ years of hands-on Java experience
- 5+ years of experience in software development and integration through complete system implementation life cycles
- Proficiency in Java 8+, Junit, Mockito, SQL
- Expertise in leading development teams and projects
- Familiarity with Git or other version control systems
- Excellent English communication skills with experience in client-facing communications
- Strong leadership, self-management, and robust prioritization skills
NICE TO HAVE
- Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Background in Guice and Protocol Buffers
- Proficiency in Guava
