**Our Team**:
- The Media & Digital Transformation Manager will champion the digital marketing transformation in the Country, across the different departments of the company: Marketing, E-commerce, Trade Marketing and Commercial teams_
**Main responsibilities**:
- Work with Country Category leaders to support development of Brand Plans that effectively leverage the full range of consumer insights,



digital platforms and solutions to drive maximum sales and brand impact.
- Work hand-in-hand to design and execute Digital Marketing programs that align with category priorities and global and regional guidelines; establish effective project governance and ways of working.
- Work with internal supporting functions to frame key enablers (e.g. data platforms, technology infrastructure) for Digital transformation, and ensure their development and deployment.
- Ensure brands digital activation is impactful, leveraging Owned, Earned and Paid digital channels (SEM, Video, Social, Programmatic); orchestrate flawless execution, supporting brands in their engagement with third-party vendors where needed.
- Work with the Data Management team to identify opportunities to optimize site performance, improve customer experience,



acquire valuable customer insights, and drive consumers from awareness to purchase.
- Oversee analysis, optimization and performance of discount/promotion offers (e.g., right-leveling, free shipping offers, cutting low incrementally profit, dilutive promos)
- About you _
- **Experience**: Digital 5 years experience at agencies and companies.
- ** Soft skills**: Strategic thinking, Leadership, Proactiveness, Pionner and Project management
- ** Technical skills**: Platform management (Google Analytic, FB Business manager, DV 360
- ** Education**: Bachelor degree ITS, Marketing o Business Administration
- ** Languages**: _English advanced _
