**Responsibilities**:
**The Opportunity**:
Responsible for executing the talent acquisition strategy with a primary focus on the management of screen and source for professional-level openings within a specific area/function of the business.
**Your Impact**:
As Talent Acquisition Sr. Partner your responsibilities would consist of
- Ensure correct screen and sourcing aligned with business requirement
- Deep understanding with Stakeholders and Hiring Managers to determine position requirements during the Intake Meetings.
- Conduct competitive analysis to understand talent market (non-pay related)
- Ensure deliver services at the defined at the SLAs/KPIs and drive operational efficiency and continuos improvement
- Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs in critical or specific roles
- Support a function with Hiring Managers and US Stakleholders while providing status, following up the open requisitions with the assigned TA Partners and updating the different trackers.
- Delivering PepsiCo's Onboarding with new hires
- Leading different Talent Acquisition proyects according to implementations and process improvements.
Qualifications:

**Qualifications**
- Advanced English
- Minimum 3 years of Talent Acquisition experience
- ATS Experience (iCIMs, Kenexa, Taleo, Successfactors or related)
- Experience with high-volume, full-lifecycle Talent Acquisition/Staffing experience for professional-level.
- Stakeholder management experience
- Insights, benchmarks and talent mapping experience
