**About the Role**:
We are looking for an experienced **Business Development Manager** to drive strategic client relationships and expand brand distribution.
This role requires strong analytical skills, market expertise, and the ability to identify growth opportunities while managing potential risks.
**Responsibilities**:
- Establish and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key clients and strategic accounts.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis, including competition, category trends, pricing, and consumer behavior, to support data-driven decision-making.
- Lead negotiations and collaborate with the Brand Manager to define and achieve sales objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities and proactively assess potential risks that may impact client relationships or numerical targets.
- Develop and implement growth strategies to expand brand distribution and market presence.
- Continuously update and analyze distribution data and market insights to optimize performance.
**Requirements**:
- **Bachelor's degree** in **Business Administration, International Business, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or a related field** (completed).
- **8+ years of experience** in Business Development, Key Account Management, or Sales.
- Proven ability to manage **strategic accounts and complex negotiations**.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in **market analysis and sales forecasting**.
- **Advanced English proficiency (C1 level, spoken and written).

**Compensation & Benefits**:
- **Salary**: $50,000 - $60,000 MXN gross per month (based on experience).
- **Quarterly bonus**: Up to **75% of the monthly salary**.

**Hybrid work model** (2-3 days in-office per week).
Must be **based in Mexico City or surrounding areas** to facilitate office commute.
