**The Opportunity**
Become an indispensable business partner to Sector Insights and senior leadership and act a bold functional leader to co-build and deploy new capabilities regarding “always on” methods. Lead the Development & Integration of Future Looking insights via A0 360 program implementation assuring: Business Embedding
- STD deliverables - Best Practices - Partnership with Categories/OU.
**Your Impact**
As Insights Capabilities Coordinator your responsibilities would consist of
- **
ADA**: Lead end to end process for ADA (Zappi) portfolio (comms, concept, turf test). Guide and supervise GBS partners. Generate strategic reports based on sector learnings.
- **BSM** (brand health):
generate analysis for the sector integrating key countries, strategic mindset.
- ** 360AO**: Supervise MBS projects and self service social listening reports
- **Ad hoc**: Lead qualitative and quantitative projects for EOTF brands across key markets
- **Capability embedding and Business Impact behind**:
- Enabling Horizon 1 through key deliverables behind social intelligence, ADA Testing on innovations, communications, and opportunity terrains.
- Deliver and integrate sector-level and OU-specific real-time consumer sentiment and insights to enable short term.
- Support markets in consumer/ week days along the year
- Lead internal communications effort in sector to assure correct embedding of sector projects
- Learn and adopt tools to prepare content to inspire local/sector projects
- Document and share use cases and best practices for insight awards
- Build market specific AOP for 360AO (e.g. Key dates, deliverables )
- Map live innovation + projects to support with 360AO
- Land content in project workshops
- AO 360 embedded into Foundational Insights, PGS and spark process
- Develop and deliver engaging role out plan across all categories in latam - partner with category insights leaders to ensure fully leverage
- Budget and payments accountabilities. New suppliers process.
- Simplify complex and different project needs into and agile learning plan son answer business questions
Qualifications:

- A strategic thinker but also highly capable in executing on details
- Future and Cultural oriented mindset
- Strong consulting skills: communicates in a clear and concise manner, data driven recommendations.
- Excellence in organization and project management skills
- Ability to influence strategic agendas and communication skills to align +10 stakeholders per projects
- At least 7 year-expertise on theoretical and practical knowledge in quantities and qualitative research tools, market, statistics techniques.
- (English, Spanish - fluent; any other language is a plus)
- Proven influencing and perseverance skills to tailor recommendation to the needs of stakeholders and effectively engage them to obtain commitment and drive impact.
- Proven ability to inspire and motivate other teams in the organization to impulse EOTF agenda
- Operates effectively in matrix relationships across organizational boundaries, builds relationships ans works across boundaries
- Learning orientation and curiosity,
