**Responsibilities**:
**Financial Planning & Transformation Senior Manager**

**Main Purpose**

This role is responsible for partnering with Global Design and Transformation Lead, Global Capability Leads and Service delivery teams to identify standardization, simplification, optimization, and automation opportunities in order to deliver in hub efficiency financial commitments of $10MM as part of the overall functional business case.
**Accountabilities**

**General accountabilities**




- In Hub Efficiency/Productivity Delivery - identify and propose productivity opportunities through standardization, process redesign, align functional / capability owners to drive improvements, resolve process issues
- Value led innovation - Partner with Digital Factory and other stakeholders to define requirements and build solutions, value delivery pipeline, prioritization, and completion
- Work with GCLs and service delivery teams to establish the process measurement and metrics reporting methodology for (capability), enabling the capability leader and capability managers across GBS Hubs to use a standard language and framework
- Process Standardization/ Optimization/ Re-engineering - Ownership of process optimization and low code automation, Value capture and communication to stakeholders, Support, enable and drive adoption,



Value Delivery (potential vs AOP vs Design)

**Specific Scope of Work**:
Reporting Automation and Optimization effort;
- Leads/Oversees in hub FP project resources and coordinates/aligns with service delivery and DF/Cockpit Teams
- Consolidates Value Realization on reporting automation for GBS, globally
- Activities will include.
Build/consolidates FP report inventories, Supports Sector/Hub report prioritization, Quantifies HC / time saving implications through automation/standardization/elimination of reports, Establishes playbooks/governance/wiring/staffing for newly automated reports, etc).
- Conducts ongoing white space analysis and recommendations in collaboration with Sector/Hub service delivery teams to identify new migration/harmonization/standardization/centralization opportunities.




- Oversees portfolio of process redesign / fix and shift projects resulting from white space analysis opportunities.
- Helps quantify HC / time saving implications from them for HC reduction in hub
- Examples: Topline / Opex & Cost Planning Layout standardization across sector as in LatAm.
Promotes similar projects in other Hubs and in general looks to scale best practices of successful projects across hubs

Qualifications:
**Education/requirements**
- Around 8 to 12 years of professional experience in financial planning, and working on business tranformations is a plus
- Bachelor's/Master's Degree preferably in finance/economics/econometrics area
