**In charge of: HR Analyst**
- **Job Objective**:
- Execute all HR processes in the designated departments in order to give the Cetelem Employees the best work experience possible within the organizational strategy BNP Paribas guidelines.
- **Main Responsibilities**
- Detect annual training needs and perform Cetelem´s annual training plan according to the organizational strategy, regulatory needs, budget,
internal policy and BNP Paribas Group´s standard to foster a continuous learning culture by designing and performing internal training courses (instructional design) or identifying and coordinating external providers with professional contents.
- Execute the HR processes and initiatives in the designated departments to guarantee the best employee experience considering the local and BNP Paribas group policies in the key moments of HR (i.E.
staffing, onboarding, performance reviews, resignations, etc).
- Design and execute annual employee experience improvement strategies.
- Advise the managers of the designated departments to monitor and evaluate the performance of their teams through constant interactions and the use of the proper institutional resources to achieve a positive management of all employees.
- Collaborate with directors and managers in the design of their organizational structure to ensure proper succession planning programs that allow business sustainability.
- Support and advise the managers of Cetelem in the daily supervision of their teams to help them achieve the best engagement possible by using BNP Paribas Group´s tools and resources.
- Support and advice Cetelem employees to define a clear career path and professional skill development through local and group guidelines, tools and strategies.
- **Required Education/Qualifications**:
- Bachelor´s degree in Business administration, Psychology or HR related majors.
- **Required Work Experience**:

- +3 Years in similar position
- +3 Years as team leader
- Considerable knowledge and experience in Organizational Development, Staffing and Labor relations
