**The Role**
We are looking for a **Sr. Card Not Present (CNP) Strategy Manager **who will be part of this amazing fintech to support on shaping our organization's long-term strategy and develop relevant metrics that realize our business.
The Strategy Manager will be tasked with assessing organizational structure and performance, developing achievable goals and implementing processes that improve not only organizational effectiveness but also Go-To-Market initiatives effectiveness and build a sustainable competitive advantage.
You should be familiar with business operations and demonstrate excellent leadership skills.
To be successful as a **Sr. CNP Strategy Manager **you should have proven experience on building strategy, strategic planning and market research, possess an analytical mind, constantly challenge status quo and have outstanding presentation skills.
Ultimately, a top-notch Strategy Manager should be a proactive strategic thinker with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
**What will I be doing?
**
1.
Identify and develop key strategic initiatives to improve CNP value generation capabilities and become accountable of leading the implementation of the approved initiatives.
2.
Lead workstreams end-to-end to analyze and improve each phase of the Merchant Lifetime Cycle and Sales Channels/Go-To-Market effectiveness.
3.
Partner with Data & Analytics team (most important stakeholder) to play a crucial role on helping them to build a top-notch adoption model for remote payments, lead CNP KPI´s dashboard building and tracking, analyze data/information, formulate and test hypotheses to evaluate, define and implement initiatives (Organizational, Processes, G2M, etc.)
4.
Ensure strategic processes implementation supporting a seamless and cost-effective E2E CNP merchant experience during CNP merchant lifetime cycle (from acquisition, activation, engagement and retention).

Strategic support on building a streamline merchant communication process and tracking across incumbent stakeholders.
Regular follow up and accountability on leading the implementation.

Develop and communicate recommendations to the Leadership team and other areas.
7.
Analytical thinking, being proactive, workstreams management and communication skills.
8.
Take full ownership of work streams.
9.
Leadership across organization specially with stakeholders involved in Card Not Present initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Actuary, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Applied Mathematics or related.
- Advanced degree or MBA is preferred (_not mandatory_).
- 8+ years of work experience after completing an undergraduate degree in consulting, ecommerce, banking, fintech or business management.
- Expertise in industries such as financial services, ecommerce, high-tech, marketing, marketplaces, payments, telecommunications or other related.
- Exceptional analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills.
- Proven record of leadership in a matrix organization,
work setting and/or through extracurricular activities.
- Demonstrated leadership ability in a team environment and influencing others.
- Initiative taker, eager to break new ground, create opportunities for others.
- Skills to communicate complex ideas effectively.
- Take full ownership and have full accountability of projects and initiatives.
- Goal achiever and team player attitude.
- Capability to step back from analyses, see the whole picture and identify the "so-what's" for the business.
- Excels in dealing with ambiguity and feels comfortable with being challenged.
- Ability to build and pivoting from Strategy A to Strategy B
