**General Description**:
Jr.
Manager Sales Planning & Dealer Performance is Key player in day-to-day operations, supporting Field Force Team in order to do a correct Business Planning and Follow Up process for Nissan brand.
This position is responsible for manage Business Planning Process and Dealer Target Setting for all Dealer Network; as well as develop Contest & Incentives Programs to accelerate and increase Aftersales' revenue and improve Business Unit performance through Dealer Network engagement activities and correct follow up, evaluation & update.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- To coordinate the creation of Aftersales Business Plan regarding Sell Out & Sell In per Dealer, Region and National figures,as well as monthly follow up, understanding strategic plan shapening into Financial Statements.
- Dealer Target setting process per Dealer coordination & deliverable for main Operational KPIs (Sell Out, Sell In, Accessories, Retention, etc.).
- Field Performance Support for daily operation and ongoing performance monitoring in order to asses operational trends and ensure Aftersales' Objectives accomplishment, through KPIs analyzes (Sell In, Sell Out, etc.)
- To develop Contest and Incentives programs to accelerate and increase AS Revenue and improve Dealer Network performance, with correct follow up, evaluation & update.
- To identify potential risk & opportunities within commercial operations based on daily performance trend analysis.
- Business Intelligence support for Field Force Team in order to generate follow up reports & consultancy tools for performance tracking.
- Top Management reporting regarding BP figures at Local,
Regional o Global level.
- Service Retention KPI planning and performance in synergy with CRM and Planning, with focus on Repair Orders (ROs) volume and Service Lane channel performance.
- Dealer Network incentives on time calculation and payment process.
- Internal Audit for Contest and Incentives matters main contact.
**Education/Certifications**:
- Bachelor's Degree Business Administration, Finance/Accounting or Industrial Engineering.
**Previous Work Experience**:
- 5+ years of corporate financial & business analysis or planning.
- Experience in Commercial Planning & Reporting required.
- People management required.
(Leadership)
- Project Management/Leader desirable.
- Experience in automotive industry is highly valued.
**Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**:
- Language: Advanced of English
- Travel%: 20%
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Access, MS PowerPoint

- Analytical and detail oriented with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve complex problems positively and professionally.
- Strong organizational and time management skills and the ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate quantitative or analytical findings succinctly.
