What we look for:
We are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to support the Human Resources Director in implementing and fulfilling the strategy, supporting personnel administration, managing internal projects and initiatives, supporting internal communication, pre-payroll and organizational development to achieve employee satisfaction.
INTERNAL Activities
- LEADERSHIP TEAM: Practice Directors, Tech Managers,
Lead Consultants.
- Support in disciplinary actions, HR SMART follow-up, Reports.
- Consultants: Support with questions, vacation balances, administrative records, leaves, etc.
EXTERNAL Activities
- Authorities: IMSS, Secretary of Labor, etc.
- Attention to requests, audits, inspections, etc.
- Labor Attorneys: Follow-up on labor lawsuits, terminations, employee alimony, etc.
- Implementation of benefits, platforms, etc.
Responsibilities:
Operations
- Labor Authority Compliance (new Internal Regulations, Working Conditions Committee Oversight, etc.)
- Policies translations and communication
- Wellness Program Oversight
- Systems ticketing changes
- Payroll Administration & Expense Reimbursements
Employee Relations
- Employee support (general orientation, FAQs)
- Performance Management Support (HR Smart System)
- Terminations:
- Exit notification
- Ticket creation
- Exits interviews
- Severance pay calculations
- Performance Improvement & Disciplinary Action
Communication
- MDC Updates & Communications
- Employee Communication campaigns
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- 7+ years of related work experience
- Ability to work with all levels of individuals and teams across an organization
- Good reporting and communication skills
- Experience managing unionized workers (blue collars)
- Mexican Federal Labor law knowledge
