**We are looking for agents who have basic tech support knowledge to provide assistance via chat to customers in the United States, if you are clear via chat, you won't need to perform any call.
Provide solutions for issues related to low internet speed and cable T.V.
issues for the #1 Internet provider in the USA.
**
**Requirements**:
- It is essential that you have at least 1 year of experience in a bilingual call center (preferably in tech support).
- High School diploma or equivalent (bachillerato).
- Schedule availability between 1 pm and 10 pm.
- Availability to work from on-site (Azcapotzalco, CDMX)

14K monthly average with 2 days off a week
