**Responsibilities**:As a **Customer Service Representative (CSR)** for the B2C Team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service to our customers.
You must ensure customer satisfaction by always maintaining a positive and professional attitude.Your primary responsibilities include processing orders, request for quotes (RFQ) and forms accurately and in a timely manner.
You will address returns, refunds, and provide accurate shipping tracking numbers to customers as requested, while keeping detailed records of these customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints via CRM software.The CSR may collaborate with colleagues as necessary, demonstrating the ability to work both independently and in a highly collaborative team environment.
Documenting and communicating website, datasheet and product issues to the Customer Service Supervisor will show strong attention to detail.To be successful in this role, you must have a passion for providing outstanding customer support, excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a collaborative team environment.




**Required Skills and Experience**:- High School Diploma, general education degree or equivalent.- Previous experience in a customer service environment, client services, sales or a related field.- Experience with linear motion, actuators, controls or DC motors is considered an asset.- Ability to stay calm and de-escalate tense customer situations.- Excellent English communication skills, both written and oral.- Minimum typing speed of 50 words per minute.- Experience working with CRMs and sales enablement platforms, like HubSpot, and familiarity with ERP systems, such as NetSuite.- Availability to work Pacific Time Zone business hours (40 hours/week): Monday to Friday, with shifts from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, or 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM PST.
