This role is within CGI's IT Information Services group.
A successful incumbent is expected to (i) Intermediate understanding of master data definition and usage of all cross-functional master data entities, and (ii) Intermediate understanding of manufacturing, sourcing and sales business processes and the underlying master data needed to properly implement ERP systems.
Requires Minimum 5+ years' experience in SAP ERP system experience as Super User or Information Technology, Minimum 5+ years hands-on experience in Master Data Management functions, Minimum 5+ years working with business processes related to Engineering Change Notices, Finance and Accounting, Customer Care, Manufacturing Operations, Global Sourcing,



Distribution & Logistics, or Sales & Marketing processes.

Preferably in a high volume discrete manufacturing environment., and a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems or equivalent.
- Intermediate understanding of master data definition and usage of all cross-functional master data entities
- Intermediate understanding of manufacturing, sourcing and sales business processes and the underlying master data needed to properly implement ERP systems
- Work and Coordinate with Data users to analyze and resolve production data problems proactively
- Adhere to and propose improvement to established master data processes, meet or exceed service level agreements; measure and present work output reports
- Ensure and continuously improve work quality and follow proper audit and validation procedures observing data practices, policies, standards, processes and systems
- Work and coordinate with IT and business stakeholders to document data standards, work instructions, processes documentation,



knowledge management documentation and provide feedback on process improvements
- Drive implementation of supporting technology and management processes to automate master data management procedures - including but not limited to forms, scripts, macros, workflows and tracking artifacts
- Proactively identify opportunities to leverage information and analysis to improve business processes, and support business digitization efforts
- Plan, Execute and Monitor project tasks and activities to keep projects on time, on budget and on scope.
Provide performance reports, tracking mechanisms; Timely reporting of actual time spent vs forecast and provide demand forecast
- Facilitate and Coordinate data collection for new product development projects, including product promotion and maintaining data at different project stages.




Drive data users to provide information needed and proactively raise issues and risk to project managers
- Protect CGI's reputation by keeping information confidential
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies
- Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed
- Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams.
Minimum Qualifications

**Education/Certifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems or equivalent

**Experience**:





- Minimum 5+ years' experience in SAP ERP system experience as Super User or Information Technology

- Intermediate analytical skills including data analysis,



data profiling and reporting.
- Ability to build relationships with stakeholders; collaborate effectively.
- Ability to estimate work efforts consistently and accurately; manages own time to meet estimates and project deadlines
- Communicates clearly in both written and verbal communications; able to explain technical solutions to a business person.
- Expert level skills in using Microsoft office tools
- Intermediate Project Management Skills

Able to travel occasionally domestically
