We are now looking to hire a passionate, dynamic, analytical, innovative, hands-on and customer-obsessed candidate to support network optimization.
The Sr. Network Planning Manager acts as the lead on driving network performance (quality, speed and cost) through projects and network initiatives, and will form a business partnership with first and middle mile stakeholders and operational Amazon Logistics (AMZL) Teams, focusing on optimization and lean management across all miles.
This strategic role will be responsible for revolutionizing our operational framework across Mexico, driving both immediate efficiency gains and long-term sustainable improvements.
The ideal candidate will serve as the primary architect of our network optimization strategy, working at the intersection of supply chain excellence, operational efficiency, and business growth.
The role will own the approval from senior functional leaders to enable strategies to improve performance and schedule cross-functional resource allocation efficiently and effectively.
You will work closely with our Fulfilment Centers and Transportation functions and will be a natural self-starter who is comfortable supporting complex cross functional projects and action plans.
You will have a true hands-on approach, the ability to generate solutions, strong process management skills, and be an effective communicator.
This position involves regular communication with senior management on network performance, risks and time critical mitigation activities.
In order to be successful in this position, you need to be comfortable interfacing with senior stakeholders as well as driving various functional teams and individuals at all levels of the organization.
