As part of the broader marketplace team, our Incentive team is responsible for bringing new product features and solutions via incentive tools to improve engagement, retention and as well as pursuit efficiency of our engagement activities.More specifically, the position will be responsible for building deep insights and understanding of the marketplace from a passenger and driver perspective, and bring solutions to those insights and opportunities generatedRole Responsibilities:- Demonstrating leadership in multi-skills projects and initiatives.- Demonstrating strong analytical skills,
data driven solutions and prioritization capabilities.- Doing constant data analysis to monitor day-to-day behavior of our marketplace balance and our competition.- Generating initiatives to deliver growth and efficiency in the portfolio through operation tools and programs based on the robust data analysis.- Collaborating with several supporting areas like marketing, product, customer experience and user research to place the user's experience at the core of our decision makingRole Qualifications:- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, etc.- Data Driven person, focused on results and with analytical skills.- Excel (Mid/Advanced), SQL (Basic/Mid), Python (Nice to Have)- Professional proficiency in Spanish and English.- Ability to learn new things.- Great attitude and hands-on approachEEO Statement:- We create customer value - We strive to always create valuable experiences for our users in everything we do.
