El analista intermedio de Cartera de Crédito es un puesto de nivel intermedio responsable de realizar revisiones crediticias, aprobaciones de crédito y controlar la cartera para identificar migraciones de crédito junto con el equipo de Gestión de Riesgos.
El objetivo general de este puesto es gestionar la exposición de la cartera de Citi a clientes y contrapartes a nivel global.
Responsabilidades.
Resolver problemas y sugerir soluciones para problemas moderados Integrar el conocimiento del área de especialidad con una comprensión de las normas y prácticas de la industria y el modo en que los equipos colaboran para lograr los objetivos de la subfunción o familia del puesto.
Desempeñarse como asesor y experto en la industria.
Analizar y aprobar límites de crédito de contrapartes para operaciones de comercio, transacción y financiamiento con fondos.
Desarrollar un marco y procesos de gestión de riesgos para fondos.
Asesorar a empresas y clientes acerca de estructuras de transacción y negociar los plazos de crédito.
Evaluar adecuadamente el riesgo cuando se toman decisiones comerciales, demostrando una consideración particular por la reputación de la empresa y protegiendo a Citigroup, sus clientes y activos, al impulsar el cumplimiento de las leyes, las reglas y los reglamentos correspondientes, acatando la política, aplicando un juicio ético sólido en relación con el comportamiento personal, la conducta y las prácticas comerciales y escalando, administrando e informando los problemas de control con transparencia, así como supervisar de manera efectiva la actividad de otros y crear responsabilidad con aquellas personas que no mantienen estos estándares Calificaciones.
Entre 2 y 5 años de experiencia relevante.
Experiencia en análisis financiero, contabilidad y valoración Demostrar de manera constante una comunicación escrita y verbal clara y concisa.
Educación.
Licenciatura/título universitario o experiencia equivalente.

Quality and timeliness of service provided will affect the effectiveness of own team and other closely related teams such as Operations.
Responsibilities.
Contributes to the analysis and preparation of reports for Internal Management that detail the collection status in Secured Portfolios and SME.
Reporting can cover a variety of collections’ stages including but not limited to.
portfolio delinquency metrics, RMT offers and bookings, exceptions, foreclosure inventory, USGAAP/MXGAAP indicators, etc.
Participates in preparing regular and time-sensitive deliverables to the different forums such as PQR, GRD, ROC, Monthly Book or audits and regulators.
Assists in the Oversight initiatives and regular activities.
Provides information to Strategy Team and other stakeholders for global reviews, follow ups and ad-hoc related queries.
Develops and maintains close working relationship with Risk Management, Operations and other Control functions.
Raise, investigate and follow-up on issues related to data quality, limit excesses, etc.
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citibanamex, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Qualifications.
2-5 years work experience in finance or a related control discipline (e.
.
Risk Management, Financial Control, Audit, Operations, etc.) Attention to detail and accuracy are essential.
Microsoft Excel skills and the ability to quickly develop intermediate/advanced knowledge of SAS/SQL.
Solid understanding of statistical concepts and data analysis or a track record that demonstrates high aptitude to learn these skills.
Quick learner with excellent communication skills, team orientation within and outside the working area, and ability to prioritize and work with multiple deadlines, Education.
Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience Job Requirements.
