Customer focus and comfortability withcross-functional partnerships is a huge plus. You should be able tolead the teams’ technology stack to ensure we’re building morerobust, scalable, and operable systems. Our ideal candidate is alsoa technical leader who is passionate about mentorship and growingthe potential of others. We embrace agile software developmentpractices, and believe deeply in building teams composed of allskills needed to deliver value (SDE, PM, SDM, SQE, Design, DE,etc). We have a couple teams working to give people the power tomanage and ingest lots of media and data. Looking for an engineerthat can help lead the teams’ technology stacks to ensure we’rebuilding the more robust, scalable, and affordable systems. Ourideal candidate is also a technical leader who has a real passionfor mentoring and growing the potential of others.
- Work on thelatest iOS technologies and architectural patterns to developworld-class mobile applications . - Contribute to outstandingfull-stack mobile application development from concept to launch -Implement client-side features and server APIs and services tosupport planned mobile functionality - Collaborate with an agilecross-team of developers, testers, designers & program managersto build features that engage our users and understand theiroutstanding expectations - Consistently deliver performant,testable, scalable, highly-readable code using OO best practicesThis role has been categorized as a teleworker position.Teleworkers do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and,instead, work from a physical location of their choice which mustbe identified to the Company. Employees may live in any part ofMexico, but preferably in Mexico City,
as we would encourageattendance for occasional in-office events. You'll excel in this team if you thrive on autonomy,seek out persistent problems, implement effective solutionsquickly, and you have: - BS/MS in Computer Science (or equivalentexperience) and 4+ yrs of experience - 4+ years of iOS experience(Strong knowledge of Objective-C and Swift as well as Swift-UI) -Ability to mentor and coach Junior and Senior developers - Abilityto drive cross-team design and framework decisions - DeepJavaScript knowledge and hands on experience with React and Redux -GraphQL,
Computer Graphics, 3.js, React-3-Fiber - Strong knowledgeof HTTP basics. Caching, response codes, headers, cookies,sessions. - Strong CSS knowledge (Not necessary to have every rulememorized, but enough to be able to layout a page, use andcustomize component libraries, and discuss media queries, flex vsgrid, etc.) - Team leadership and mentoring skills (This is a coreexpectation for a Principal level position) - Ability to includeand work closely with other engineers and other disciplines, mostnotably individuals in BE roles, product, and design. - Experiencedelivering quality code on a deadline - Strong experience profilingfor optimizing performance and resource utilization. - The abilityto work well with product management, design,
