The Position
As a HEOR Evidence Synthesis Manager, you will:
Conduct Systematic Literature Reviews (SLRs) proactively, aligned with the Evidence and Insights Generation Plan (EIGP) to deliver the Evidence Gap Assessment.
Update and maintain systems supporting the Evidence Synthesis Package (ESP), including the Publication Portal and EGP in Action tool.
Prepare slides supporting synthesis and dissemination deliverables, managing timelines and vendor communication.
Ensure effective cross-functional communication for tracking relevant information, timely project milestones, and issue resolution.
Advise on and utilize project management tools and templates to ensure scalable, high-quality project management.
Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should have:
A Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred in a healthcare-related field (pharmacy, health economics, epidemiology, outcomes research, public health, business/health services research).
3+ years of experience in a relevant field with at least 2 years in the pharmaceutical industry, payor, or healthcare.
Training in Clinical Research or Real World Evidence studies is required; pharmaceutical industry experience is strongly preferred.
Minimum formal project management training with strong process and project management skills.
Advanced/fluent English.
