As a fluent English and Spanish speaker, you'll be the first point of contact for our Spanish-speaking clients, handling their inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing guidance on HR solutions.

**Responsibilities**:
- Assist with benefits enrollment, temporary ID cards, and 401k matters.
- Provide login assistance for various technology platforms.
- Address payroll concerns, including direct deposit, PTO, W2/W4, and payroll deductions.
- Handle HR grievances and escalate as needed.
- Build strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Good communication skills (verbal, listening, and written) in English and Spanish.
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate various systems.
- A background in administrative or HR work is desirable.
