**What You Will Do**:
As a Project Manager, Advanced Operations at Stryker, you will assist in management of multiple engineering projects; prioritizing tasks to ensure that the team's overall resources are used effectively and that project deadlines are met.
You will evaluate and authorize changes that significantly impact the scope, budget, or timeline of a project, lead engineering projects; monitor progress and performance against the project plan and identify and resolve operational problems and minimize delays.
Besides product transfer, you will lead facilities construction,



installation of utilities and lead the certification of a controlled room.
You'll have the opportunity to manage ongoing relationships with external contractors so that the organization receives satisfactory standards of service.
Advanced Operations is leading the creation of a global team dedicated to achieving excellence in Product Transfer (PT) This role will support our Product Transfer team being a Key Enabler of transformation delivering on "cost out" opportunities to become a global competitive advantage.
- Responsibilities include:_
- Assume overall responsibility for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of a project.
The Project Manager is responsible to the project stakeholders for delivering a project's objectives within scope, schedule, cost, and quality




- Lead Product transfer from site to site
- Lead construction and utilities installation.
- Lead New Product, Process and Technology implementation initiatives while tightly managing project spend on capital & expense budgets
- Define and clarify project scope while developing and maintaining the project schedule.
Ownership for managing and reporting project progress.
- Work closely with Product Development, Advanced Technology and Global Marketing to drive successful project implementation.
Actively engage with Manufacturing Operations to evaluate existing process layouts in terms of new process integration, ensuring best utilization of floor space, minimized handling and optimum process flow.
- Participate in the selection, training and performance appraisal process of project resources, including temporary contract SMEs as required




- Responsible for identifying, monitoring, and appropriately managing project risk and liaise with broader AO team on common NPI issues and resolutions
- Establishment of priorities, imparting a sense of urgency and importance to the team while using project management tools and techniques to support the delivery of new products per cost and time commit.
**What You Will Need**:

- Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline
- 7+ years of experience in a technical or project management role
- Will have demonstrated an ability to define project risk and to effectively manage project risks
- Demonstrated experience with Microsoft products - Excel, Access, PowerPoint, MS Project required




- Excellent attention to detail and interpersonal Skills - able to express ideas and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
- The individual should enjoy working in a dynamic & results oriented team environment where flexibility is essential
- Excellent analytical skills, ability to plan, organize and implement concurrent tasks
- Demonstrated Leadership, Project Management and Engineering experience in New Product Introduction in a regulated environment
- Experience in an FDA regulated or regulated industry
- Experience of GD&T;, process mapping, statistical methods and process/product validations
- Experience with plastic injection molding.
Validation of parts.
- Experience with automated assembly equipment.
- Experience dealing with automated equipment suppliers
