A company that provides top-level property management services to associations, homeowners, hotels, and vacation resorts in the North Lake Tahoe and Truckee Region.
We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Clerk to support the following activities:
- Communicate with bank representatives and system support
- Analyze A/R account history and respond to inquiries
- Prepare monthly statements
- Prepare invoices for management services/extras
- Demand processing for title companies
- Provide information to the collection agency
**Work schedule**
Monday to Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 19:00 p.m.
This role is remote, and we are only hiring in Mexico for this position.

After the 3-month probation contract, we add the following:

**Requirements**:
- **MUST: Advanced English**:
- (Strong communication skills: writing and speaking)
- Around 2 to 3 years of experience within a call center in collection or billing campaigns for American customers.
- High school degree
- Ability to explain customer statements/account ledger to non-financial people
