Director/Head of Property Management, International PE Real Estate Fund, Mexico City, Mexico**About our client**Our client - a recognised private equity real estate fund focused on vertical residential projects - has an amazing opportunity to join their talented team as Head of Property Management.
You will play a critical role in overseeing the residential portfolio, upholding the operational excellence, high-quality living experiences and exceptional service offered to residents in multiple properties.
The position is based in Mexico City.




**What the job involves**- Maximise property profitability by identifying opportunities for revenue enhancement and cost optimization- Monitor financial performance and analyse variances to ensure alignment with budgetary targets- Develop annual operating budgets and financial plans for each property in close collaboration with the asset management team and executive leadership- Oversee the properties' operations (leasing, maintenance, resident relations, and regulatory compliance, among others)- Optimise operational efficiency and consistency across properties by implementing standardised processes and procedures- Cultivate a culture of exceptional customer service and tenant satisfaction- Implement strategies to enhance resident retention and promote a positive living experience- Engage with residents and create a sense of community within each property- Perform performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback to drive individual and team success- Lead the property management team and create a collaborative and inclusive work environment**Who we are looking for**- Solid experience in residential or hospitality management.
Proven track record of success in leading teams and delivering exceptional service- Bachelor's degree in business administration,



engineering, or related field.
