The position will be located at LATAM in an on-site model.Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:Ensures alignment with legal & ethical standards of the organization, and Medtronic policies.Provides compliance advice & delivers results the right way.Conducts trainings on Ethics & Compliance and related areas/topics.Develops employee communication and training programs that focus on the elements of a company-wide compliance program.Enforces anti-bribery and anti-competition laws.Maintains current knowledge of laws for financial, advertising and marketing reporting, regulations,
and industry guidance that impact the company's compliance program.Supports channel onboarding process (Global Channel Compliance program), maintains KPIs and databases updated.Active participation in local and regional assignments or projects with multi-area.Participates as a member of the AMID Ethics committee.IT skills desired, use of Excel, PowerPoint, and AI.Required Knowledge and Experience:Bachelor's degree.Fluent in English.Three years of related experience providing compliance advice & delivering results the right way.Excellent autonomy, organizational, communication, and influence skills required with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.Experience speaking & using Portuguese is advantageous.Physical Job RequirementsThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position,
