Do you want to be a part of a growing company that creates a great quality product?Job Duties:- Upload the Work Order to a location for Shop Staff to download and print.- Assist with updating Work Order due dates to match updates made to the Sales Order.- Ensure laser files are available and ready for nesting (programming support).- BOM & Router maintenance- High attention to detail and data entry is required for this position.- Coordination with the engineering department,
department leads and other management/leads on released jobs.- Releases/creates work orders and packets for manufacturing.- High engagement in PPM's ERP system, and working with Bill of materials and inventory tracking software's.- Provide support to manufacturing for creating work orders for capital equipment, stock parts and aftermarket parts.- Coordinates and communicates with project management and engineering to ensure that build plans are understood and acted upon.- Works with purchasing to ensure raw materials are on hand to meet demand.
This requires contact with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.- Helps coordinate and makes decisions regarding the movement, storage and processing of inventoryKnowledge/Experience/Requirements:- MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)- Interpreting engineering drawings (preferred)- Knowledge of different metal types (preferred)- Knowledge of general shop tasks,
who does what (preferred)- Attention to detail with drive for efficiency.- Inquisitive mindset with the drive to learn.- Patient and understanding when things don't go right.
**Salary**: $25,000.00 - $30,000.00 per monthWork Location: Remote
