As a valued team member, you will support one of our most important clients by delivering Business Process Support and Application Support.
This role provides the opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge of the client's Global Medical Affairs applications, understand their business processes, and build strong relationships with their users and business functions.

If you're passionate about delivering excellent service and combining technical expertise with client interaction, we encourage you to apply.ResponsibilitiesIncident Management and Service Request SupportOperational Change & Configuration Management (including implementing configuration changes)System Administration and ValidationKnowledge ManagementService Asset & Configuration ManagementData Management (handling data change requests, imports, and extractions)Hands-on support to the client's users and facilitate knowledge transfer to support engineers on our team.Qualifications and ExperienceMust-haves:5+ years of experience configuring, supporting, and implementing CRM software (e.G.,
Veeva Vault Medical CRM or Salesforce).Understanding of ITSM practices.Proficiency in Data Management and Data Stewardship.Background in science or clinical research.Understanding of Territory Management and Alignments.Familiarity with Medical Science Liaison (MSL) activities, including interactions with KOLs, HCPs, and researchers.Effective communication of clinical data with MSLs.Understanding of clinical trial design, data analysis, and scientific literature.Experience in customer-facing roles, managing customer expectations.Strong organizational, multitasking, and independent work skills.Experience with ticketing systems (e.G., ServiceNow).Nice-to-haves:Experience with Veeva Vault Medical CRM, including troubleshooting on iPads.Experience with Veeva MedComms is a plus.Familiarity with Veeva Network and Veeva Open Data.ITIL certification.Why ArcondisArcondis will provide you with a highly professional environment embedded in a transparent and people-oriented culture that allows you to make a sustainable impact and to realize your potential.
