About the Role
Job Title: Dispute Analyst
Responsibilities:
- Managing disputes globally related to sales tax, true-ups, and withholding tax
- Manage incoming disputes from email and other sources to ensure timely resolution
- Review relevant documents, such as invoices, tax documents, contracts, and correspondence, to determine the root cause and validity of the dispute
- Work with collectors, sales, tax, CLO, finance, and other external parties to drive resolution
- Analyze cases to determine whether a dispute is deemed valid or invalid
- Submit credit requests into the required systems to generate needed credits/debits/write-offs
- Communicate to collections the outcome of dispute validation or request for further information for investigation
- Timely resolution of disputes raised by partners/customers
- Contacting customers by phone, email, or mail to communicate the status of their dispute or obtain further information
