Quality Assurance and Control, Supplier QualityQuality System AuditingExpertise in consumer, regulatory, and industrial quality standardsCore tools knowledge (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA y CP)Problem-solving using various core tools, including AIAG, APQP, PPAP, SPC, FMEA, DOEProblem-solving techniques: Process Improvement, Kaizen, 5S Technique, Value Analysis, Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Process Capability/SPC, Specification, Measurement and Process Capability, Flowcharts, Pareto charts, Fishbone, Improvement Techniques, Quality Circles, Root Cause Analysis, Six Sigma, Design of Experiments, Seven Tools of QualityControl Charts and Graphs.Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management systems, excellent communication, interpersonal, and public speaking skills, fluent in the English language, excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills, strong organizational skills, open to adopting established company policies.Responsibilities:Ensure the effective implementation, maintenance,



and improvement of the Quality Management Systems in one of our plants.Active participation in the preparation and execution of effective internal audits that lead to the improvement of our business processes.Develop, evaluate, revise, and apply technical quality assurance protocols/methods to inspect and test in-process raw materials, production equipment, and finished products.Ensure activities and items comply with both company quality assurance standards and applicable government regulations.Perform analysis and identify trends in the inspection of finished products, in-process materials, and bulk raw materials, and recommend corrective actions when necessary.Ensure that established manufacturing inspection, sampling, and statistical process control procedures are followed.May assure compliance with in-house and/or external specifications and standards,
