**About the Role**:We are looking for an experienced **Business Development Manager** to drive strategic client relationships and expand brand distribution.
This role requires strong analytical skills, market expertise, and the ability to identify growth opportunities while managing potential risks.
**Responsibilities**:- Establish and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key clients and strategic accounts.- Conduct in-depth market analysis, including competition, category trends, pricing, and consumer behavior,
to support data-driven decision-making.- Lead negotiations and collaborate with the Brand Manager to define and achieve sales objectives.- Identify new business opportunities and proactively assess potential risks that may impact client relationships or numerical targets.- Develop and implement growth strategies to expand brand distribution and market presence.- Continuously update and analyze distribution data and market insights to optimize performance.
**Requirements**:- **Bachelor's degree** in **Business Administration, International Business, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or a related field** (completed).- **8+ years of experience** in Business Development, Key Account Management, or Sales.- Proven ability to manage **strategic accounts and complex negotiations**.- Strong analytical skills and experience in **market analysis and sales forecasting**.- **Advanced English proficiency (C1 level, spoken and written).
****Compensation & Benefits**:- **Salary**: $50,000 - $60,000 MXN gross per month (based on experience).- **Quarterly bonus**: Up to **75% of the monthly salary**.

****Hybrid work model** (2-3 days in-office per week).
