**Responsibilities**:Deliver engaging and interactive training sessionsAdapt training materials to meet the needs of diverse audiences, ensuring maximum learning outcomes.Facilitate effective learning experiences through a combination of instructional methods, group discussions, case studies,
and practical exercises.Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages active participation and knowledge sharing.Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and developments to provide relevant and cutting-edge training content.
**Requirements**:Proven experience as a trainer/teacher/instructor of IT topics - corporate training, university teaching, etc.Able and willing to deliver virtual trainings in different time zones (including EMEA time zones)Strong command of Spanish language, English is not mandatory, but desired.Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to connect with learners, inspire engagement, and create a positive learning environment.Highly organized, reliable, and self-motivated, with the ability to meet deadlines.Flexibility to work on ad-hoc contract opportunities.Why Should You Become a LearnQuest Trainer?By joining our network of certified trainers, you'll have access to: Professional development & growth with enablement sessions, train the trainer events, and auditing classes.
