Bilingual Sales Executive IT and StaffingRequirements:Location: Must reside in Mexico.
If living in Naucalpan, the position is on-site; otherwise, remote work is available.Languages: Bilingual (Spanish and English).Experience: Minimum of 4 years in market expansion across LATAM and the USA,
with knowledge of IT profiles and staffing management.Technical Skills:Proven experience in business development and sales within the IT sector.Strong negotiation skills and client relationship management.Expertise in account management and handling specialized IT personnel.Ability to identify and generate new business opportunities.Knowledge of the IT market in LATAM and the USA.Soft Skills:Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Results-oriented, with a focus on achieving commercial objectives and targets.Strategic and proactive thinking for problem-solving.Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to dynamic environments.Empathy and interpersonal skills for building long-term client relationships.Responsibilities:Identify and develop new business opportunities in LATAM and USA markets.Maintain and expand the existing client portfolio, focusing on building strong relationships.Coordinate and manage IT staffing processes, ensuring client needs are met.Collaborate with internal teams to design tailored solutions for clients.Participate in contract negotiations and service terms with clients.Monitor and analyze market trends to adjust business strategies.Report commercial progress and results to management, ensuring alignment with company goals.We offer base salary plus commission scheme.
