As a Business Development Manager you will play a critical role in driving business growth by identifying, developing, and securing new clients within the domestic and commercial construction sectors.
This is a hands-on role for someone who is proactive, target-driven, and excited by the opportunity to make a significant impact.Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, networking, and other strategic approaches.Developing and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers in the construction industry.Presenting and pitching our services to prospective clients,



tailoring solutions to meet their staffing needs.Managing the sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing deals.Collaborating closely with the recruitment team to ensure seamless delivery of client solutions.Keeping up to date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.Consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the business.Developing and executing strategies to expand our market presence and grow our client portfolio.What We're Looking For:We are seeking a motivated, results-oriented Business Development Manager who thrives in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
The ideal candidate will have:Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, ideally within the local construction industry.Strong B2B sales experience and a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.A strategic mindset and the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.Self-motivation and a proactive,
