Our H&M; leadership team in Mexico is looking for a strategic HR leader to oversee the HR function for the MX/CO/EC Sales Market.
Job Description**
Overall Job Summary**: Partnering with the Sales Market MX/CO/EC Leadership Team, the Sales Market MX/CO/EC HR Manager will oversee the HR function for the Sales Market and lead the development and implementation of all people-related strategies.
The Sales Market MX/CO/EC HR Manager will serve as a strategic thought leader in shaping the H&M; Sales market MX/CO/EC culture and setting up a future-facing people strategy that aligns with and drives the business objectives forward.
This position is based in Mexico City, Mexico within our Human Resources Function and reports to our Sales Market MX/CO/EC Sales Manager with a dotted line to Regional Head of HR, Americas.
Direct Reports: Country ER Manager, Country Talent Manager, Country Learning and Development Manager, Total Rewards Specialist, and Area HR managers as dotted line.
Qualifications**
Core Responsibilities include but not limited to**:
- Partnering with the Sales Market Leadership Team, the CHR Manager will oversee the HR function for the MX/CO/EC Sales Market and lead the development and implementation of all people-related strategies
- The Sales Market MX/CO/EC HR Manager will serve as a strategic thought leader in shaping the H&M; culture and setting a future-facing people strategy that aligns with and drives the business objectives forward
- Serve as a member of the Sales Market MX/CO/EC leadership team by defining and implementing people plans and strategies to achieve the organization’s objectives and focuses
- Provide best-in-class HR business partnership to key stakeholders and partners across the H&M; Group locally and globally
- Lead the HR function in an inspiring way and drive all HR initiatives across talent acquisition, organizational development, talent management, succession planning, performance management, learning and development, employee engagement, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and compliance
- Develop a skilled and effective HR team by providing consistent direction, keep it simple communication and clear focuses to colleagues
- Lead by example and role model the H&M; values in a way that supports the business
- Passionately advocate for our Inclusion & Diversity strategy, teamwork, cross-functional collaboration, transparency,
and camaraderie within the HR function and cross-functionally throughout the MX Sales Market
- Collaborate with the Region Americas HR team on strategic people initiatives and focuses
Additional Information**
What You’ll Need to Succeed**:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or a combination of applicable education and experience
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive Human Resources leadership experience
- Demonstrated experience driving transformational culture change
- Minimum of 5-7 years leadership or management experience
- Ability to foster an environment of positive, inclusive and inspirational teamwork
- Excellent strategic leadership, organizational, and managerial skills
- Proven experience in managing, developing, coaching and motivating staff
- Demonstrated results in driving culture change and engagement
- Strong business acumen
