**Mission**: To design Commercial Offers & Promotion to ensure Aftersales Performance in Dealer Network as well as Sell Out channels, understanding customer behavior, market conditions and competitor’s initiatives in order to take advantage of Nissan competitiveness, strategies & initiatives.
**Key Responsibilities**:
To analyze Aftersales data bases in order to understand market & customer trends. Base on trends & customer analyzes, to identify opportunities mainly in all Sell Out channels & Dealer Network. To analyze and support Dealer Performance considering different audience, seasonality, year over year trends, Business Plan objectives (short and med term plans). Commercial Offers and Promotions design including:
Business Case creation & analyzes, guaranteeing positive ROI.
Benefits identification & explanation in terms of Revenue, Profit, Aftersales KPIs, etc.
Parts forecasting & Supply Chain Management coordination for inventory availability.
Budget controlling for Variable Marketing Expenditures and Fixed Marketing Investments to potentiate resources usage. To coordinate the Advertising Agency (Nissan United) deliverables: business relationship, vendor management, visual arts creation, communication plan, media plan, etc. Synergy work with CRM Team to reinforce Brand Communication Strategy. Reporting to local and regional level, through KPIs dashboards, Hoshin Kanri reports, etc.
**Qualifications & Certifications**:
3 or more years of experience working in marketing areas, with some education or experience in Business Management and Data analytics. (Trade Marketing or Brand Marketing desirable)
Analytical and detail oriented, with strong problem solving skills and the ability to resolve complex problems positively and professionally
Relational database understanding and database usage skills required
Proficient in MS Excel and MS Power Point.
Experience in the automotive industry is helpful.
Experience in vendor management and Advertising Agencies is desirable (trade marking or brand marketing)
Bachelor’s degree is required in Marketing, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or Communication.

Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English languages (for top management and big quorum forums e.g. all Dealer Network)
Analytical thinking, detail oriented and Task oriented
Demonstrates a positive sense of urgency
