We are looking for a Process Automation Manager to lead the constant improvement of processes within our organization. This is a hyper-dynamic role that will interact with all teams within the company, and help us improve efficiency through task automation and growth hacking. If you are passionate about constant process improvement and using many tech tools to achieve scale, this is the best place for you.
The impact you will have:




- You will be working directly with operations, HR, Recruitment, UX, marketing, and technology teams to help develop productivity increases by streamlining processes
- You will lead many projects through the definitional stages, working to ensure that we're working to solve the right problems
- You will oversee user interface design, usability testing, customer research, metrics and data analysis of the processes you implement
- You will promote data-based decision making
- You will test prototypes and hypotheses with users to collect feedback
- You will launch experiments and evaluating how they perform and how to iterate
- You will share your work to peers and leadership, asynchronous and in-person
- You will take part in weekly design critiques, workshops, all-hands and squad meetings




- You will interact with customers to understand the root cause for questions and queries
Within three months, you will:
- Get to know our existing teams and many processes
- Propose improvements to our processes in order to reach scale
- Start solving complex issues and proactively heading off negative service trends.
- Understanding and correctly utilizing resources provided by internal systems, departments, policies, and procedures
- Develop, analyze and improve new strategies and procedures
- Develop, plan, and implement short and long term goals
Basic Mandatory Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or similar
- 3+ years’ relevant experience in product management
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations,



and drive action
- Absolute passion for ensuring a great customer experience
- Able to work in an ambiguous environment, work independently, with an ambition to improve existing processes
- Strong oral (speaking, listening, interpretation) and written communication skills
- Love for problem solving, maintaining a solution-oriented approach with an analytical mindset
- Experience using automation tools to scale processes such as zapier, autopilot, ITTT, etc.
Preferred (not mandatory) requirements:
- Experience in product or project management
- MBA or similar advanced degree or certificate
- Proven track record of successfully delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Prior experience in startup roles with a solid track record of success
- Fluent Spanish, and advanced English




- Knowledge of Six Sigma/Lean Processes or Project Management certifications
