**How you will contribute**
You will:
- Work in close partnership with the business leadership team to execute the analytics agenda
- Identify and incubate best-in-class external partners to drive delivery on strategic projects
- Develop custom models/algorithms to uncover signals/patterns and trends to drive long-term business performance
- Execute the business analytics program agenda using a methodical approach that conveys to stakeholders what business analytics will deliver

**More about this role**
The Analytics Manager, Mexico will mainly be responsible for providing a solid understanding of business drivers impacting the marketing mix and demand in addition to delivering category forecasting. This will require regular interaction with Marketing, Insights, Pricing, Finance & Sales teams.

The key focus areas for this position are:
- Market Mix Modelling (MMM), Marketing ROI measurement & Optimisation
- Category Forecasting and Business Driver Analysis
- Reporting and Scorecard
- Market Mix Modelling (MMM), Marketing ROI & Optimisation
- Independently lead multiple Marketing Mix Modelling projects which are identified as key category priorities
- Connect MMM learnings to business needs and category plans so to influence spending allocation. Optimize media plans via Optimization tool - i.e., when MMM results are released and major marketing budgets’ change occur
- Responsible for ROI reporting to Global and local teams
Category Forecasting
- Own category forecasting, especially relevant to MDLZ planning process (Strat Plan, Annual Contract). Liaison with Marketing and Finance teams is critical so to bridge global and regional forecast requirements
**Education / Certifications**:
- Advanced Statistics, Actuarial Sciences, Applied Math, Engineering
**Job specific requirements**:
3-5 years leading Analytics projects across multifunctional teams.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
- Strong knowledge of advanced analytics methods (Marketing Mix Models, Econometric modelling, pricing and forecasting methodologies)
- Able to synthesize data from different sources into a well-structured story with clear implications
- High learning agility and high self-awareness
- Good interpersonal and communication and influencing skills
- Ideally: Worked with Market research and Media data sources (retail measurement, Brand Health Trackers and consumer & shopper panels; assessment of data quality)
- Competent in all standard PC packages including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SPSS, Tableau, R.
