**Quality Assurance & Improvement Specialist**

**We will count on you to**:
- Remains up to date with product releases and coordinates the relevant implementation of changes.
- Attends client meetings escalations to support on best practice upon Lead/management request (ad-hoc)
- Builds relationship and establishes an effective communication path with existing employees & POD Leads.
- Participates in cross functional workshops to define interdepartmental ways of working and ensure alignment.
- Conducts process reviews to continuously improve efficiency and quality.
**What do you need to have?**
- Bachelor's degree in administration, finance, or related field
- At least 3 years´ experience in Quality and improvement inside one organization.
- Intermediate Knowledge Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel skills and Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Experience on pension and benefits knowledge desired
- English proficiency.
