This position is in Cargill’s agricultural supply chain business. We sit at the heart of the supply chain, partnering with farmers and customers to source, make and deliver essential products.
Job Purpose and Impact
The Contract and Pricing analyst (Temporary 3 months), coordinate and execute administrative activities for a subset of suppliers, customers, and flows. In this role, you will focus on continuous improvement for the contract execution administration process and identify and deploy solutions to constantly improve the local processes. Key Accountabilities
Participate in continuous improvements for the contract execution process area and provide recommendations, ideas and plans to local and functional management. Work with supply chain management systems and tools to bring together data and run regular reports and analyses in support of supply chain business processes. Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure coordinated tasks are completed efficiently to support business objectives.
Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff. Calculate and understand the daily contract purchase/sale and price entry schemes, based on the different commercial agreements of the agricultural bulk market for export/import. Coordinate contract management such as closures, modifications, delay management and amendments with implicit costing to assist the account manager with actions based on contract balances, ensuring contracts comply with policies and requirements. Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience Intermediate or advance English level Intermediate or advance knowledge of Powe BI and Excel
