The Business Analytics Manager provides full leadership and supervisory responsibility. Provides operational/service leadership and direction to team(s). Applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge through provision of value-added perspectives or advisory services. May contribute to the development of new techniques, models and plans within area of expertise. Excellent communication and diplomacy skills are required. Generally has responsibility for volume, quality, timeliness of end results and shared responsibility for planning and budgets. Work affects an entire area, which eventually affects the overall performance and effectiveness of the sub-function/job family. Full supervisory responsibility,



ensuring motivation and development of team through professional leadership to include duties such as performance evaluation, compensation, hiring, disciplinary and terminations as well as direction of daily tasks and responsibilities.
**Responsibilities**:
- Translate data into consumer or customer behavioral insights to drive targeting and segmentation strategies, and communicate clearly and effectively to business partners and senior leaders all findings
- Ensures analytics drive appropriate marketing investment decisions and marketing plan activities
- Analyzes performance of marketing programs and business initiatives
- Ensures analysis drives appropriate marketing investment decisions and marketing plan activities
- Forecasting includes creation of key indicator curves and indices
- Work closely with internal and external business partners in building, implementing, tracking and improving decision strategies
- Makes and implements recommendations through the use of data analysis and segmentation methodologies




- Integrates key profitability drivers and measures of success make pricing offer recommendations and performs adhoc analytical requests
- Manages staff. Evaluates subordinates' performance and makes decisions regarding staffing, pay increases, promotions, terminations, etc.
**Qualifications**:
- 5-8 years of experience
- Advanced analytical and business strategy skills
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to present to business partners and/or leaders to gain approvals
- Project and process management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communications skill
- Experience with a prior focus in financial services analytics
- Solid organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at one time
- Self-starter who also has a demonstrated ability to work successfully in team environment and drive
**Education**:
- Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience




This job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed. Other job-related duties may be assigned as required.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Work together with other areas of the Bank (UX, Digital, Technology, Marketing, Product, Segment, etc.) to design and implement recommendations which provide app mobile impact.
- Identify high impact opportunities and propose bold changes that will translate into digital client’s growth and incremental revenues and NPS improvement, through statistical techniques and models.
- Full ownership of setting up, reporting and evaluation of mobile app performance, traffic analysis, conversion analysis, customer behavior analysis
- Be the advocate for web analysis and data-driven decision-making, including AB/multi-variate testing and analysis.




- Analyzing digital marketing performance based on customer and product segmentation and developing segmentation
- Provide insights and recommendations into customer behavior, online journeys, and funnel analysis using web analytics tools and explore raw data sources
- Create synergies with D&A; CoEs (Centers of Expertise - Testing, Modeling, Pricing), to develop high impact use cases / projects.
- Summarize key findings and present to top management.
- Structure, do and validate analysis from various sources/categories, structured and no structured data (digital data, transactional, NPS, demographic, financial, Credit Bureau, social media, etc.).
- Valuation and tracking of key initiatives.
**Requirements/Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s in mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Actuarial Science,



Economics or other quantitative field
- Working experience preferably in Digital Banking or related fields
- 4+ years of experience and skills managing and/or roles as leader.
- Team management experience - desirable.
- MBA, master’s in finance, Data Science or related - desirable.
- English level (spoken & written)
**Skills/Competencies**:
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to translate numbers into actionable strategies
- Ability to spot trends and attention to detail
- Ideally you will have prior experience working with Adobe Analytics or similar
- Skills and interest in programming and statistical analysis (experience with SAS, Python or Pyspark required)
