**Your Job**
The HR Manager focuses on aligning HR practices with business objectives. Working closely with leaders and managers to ensure HR initiatives support business objectives and drive employee performance.
**Our Team**
Makes decisions that affect the entire plant on issues related to talent development, service improvement, benefits, and other factors that impact employees. Is responsible for different metrics such as number of employees, turnover, absenteeism, and organizational climate. Responsible for labor legal compliance. The position performs complex tasks that require creative thinking and problem-solving skills. Has the authority to stop processes and act in situations where staff safety or product quality is at risk.




**What you will do**
- Is a strategic partner by collaborating with plant management to understand business objectives and develop HR strategies that support those objectives and supports Change Management by leading and/or supporting organizational change efforts.
- Talent Management: Oversees the recruitment, selection, hiring and induction programs, ensuring the appropriate and effective staffing for all areas of the company. Participates directly in the selection of personnel for management positions, in coordination with the requesting managers in order to obtain qualified personnel for the required functions. Analyzes the organizational structure together with the area managers so that people perform in the best way in their positions.
- Training and Capacity Building: Oversees the detection of training, instruction and development needs at all levels, participating in the development of the corresponding programs and their implementation, whether in basic education, technical, supervisory or managerial and professional development courses.




- Labor Relations: Acts as a liaison between employees and management to address concerns, resolve conflicts, and foster a positive work environment. Oversees the design and implementation of motivational programs to improve productivity, quality, and work environment. Oversees employee communication programs. Oversees various employee services such as transportation, medical services, cafeteria, and insurance to help ensure employees receive competitive benefits.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Oversees compliance with the Federal Labor Law and applicable laws regarding working conditions, wages and salaries, training and instruction, compensation, dismissals, disciplinary measures, privacy of information and, in general, all aspects of labor relations. Likewise,



supports client requirements such as applicable ISO standards and RBA (Responsible Business Alliance).
- Performance Management : Support managers in evaluating performance, setting goals, and providing guidance on employee development. Analyzes community surveys on wages, salaries, and benefits to benchmark the labor market and recommend actions on wages, salaries, and additional benefits to maintain company competitiveness and internal equity.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Conducts ongoing research activities in various areas of personnel management such as: turnover and absenteeism indicators, organizational environment, employee opinion and attitude surveys, etc., to maintain sensitivity regarding the impact that company policies and programs have on personnel. Makes proposals to management based on the results of his/her studies.
- Represents the company before employers' associations,



industrial chambers, educational institutions, professional groups, insurance companies and government authorities to maintain close communication with these entities, which allows us to have involvement in the industrial community, better understand the environment and therefore make better business decisions.
- Understand, support and contribute to compliance with the PBM Philosophy, the different Quality Management and Health and Safety standards, Six Sigma, RBA (Responsible Business Alliance), ISO, IATF and CTPAT/OAS following the established policies and procedures.
- Perform other related functions assigned by management.
**Who you are**
- Advanced English (conversational),
- Completed Professional Career: Bachelor's in Human Resources or Engineering degree related to the position.




- MBA / Master's degree in related area
**What will put you ahead**
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Management experience in Human Resources in a similar industry
- knowledge of the Federal Labor Law, knowledge of payroll management, knowledge of computer tools (Microsoft Office)
- Coaching, communication, negotiation and leadership skills.
