**About our client**
Our client - a recognised private equity real estate fund focused on vertical residential projects - has an amazing opportunity to join their talented team as Head of Property Management. You will play a critical role in overseeing the residential portfolio, upholding the operational excellence, high-quality living experiences and exceptional service offered to residents in multiple properties. The position is based in Mexico City. **What the job involves**
- Maximise property profitability by identifying opportunities for revenue enhancement and cost optimization
- Monitor financial performance and analyse variances to ensure alignment with budgetary targets
- Develop annual operating budgets and financial plans for each property in close collaboration with the asset management team and executive leadership
- Oversee the properties' operations (leasing, maintenance, resident relations, and regulatory compliance, among others)
- Optimise operational efficiency and consistency across properties by implementing standardised processes and procedures
- Cultivate a culture of exceptional customer service and tenant satisfaction
- Implement strategies to enhance resident retention and promote a positive living experience
- Engage with residents and create a sense of community within each property
- Perform performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback to drive individual and team success
- Lead the property management team and create a collaborative and inclusive work environment
**Who we are looking for**
- Solid experience in residential or hospitality management. Proven track record of success in leading teams and delivering exceptional service
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or related field. Postgraduate degree is a plus
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building positive relationships with residents and stakeholders
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English
