**Responsibilities**
**GBS Process Excellence Business Process Reengineering Specialist for Supply Chain**

**Main Purpose**

This role will be responsible to work closely with Transitions starting at the Design, Assess phase to create a Process Re-engineering roadmap to deliver value (including productivity).
This will be delivered through a structured pipeline of Continuous Improvement projects and Automation.




This role will also be responsible to bring in best practices by consulting internal and external partners to deliver Value (Productivity, Agility and Capability) in accordance with the strategic agenda agreed with the Global Supply Function and Transformations Lead and as per GBS standards defined in partnership with Finance.
This role will be responsible to provide executive leadership ongoing information into the progress on the Process Re-engineering roadmap and Value Delivery through Continuous Improvement and Automation.This role will be responsible for reporting, sharing insights and managing updates for the Process Re-engineering Roadmap.
This role will work closely with the COE GBS Process Excellence lead while following the prescribed methodology and partner closely with other workstreams and areas including internal GBS finance, GBS ESM, BSC Process Excellence teams, BSC, Sector and Functional leadership at the global and hub level,



and other ecosystem teams (eg.
IT) and enabling teams (eg.
Finance)

**Accountabilities**

General /functional leadership
- 5-10 years in supply chain or operation roles inside or outside PEP; multi-functions (Mfg, Logistics, planning) is a plus
- Provide strategic and operation leadership for the Function across all capabilities/ service lines during 'Fix and Shift' Transitions across all Process Excellence pillars covering Performance Management, Continuous Improvement and End to End Automation across service delivery teams
- Bring industry best practices in the relevant functional space

GBS Process Excellence Pillar




- Conduct Value Stream Mapping sessions to identify current state processes with a detailed diagnostics covering all the elements of Process Re-engineering while utilizing the global Process Excellence framework
- Facilitate Design Thinking sessions to define future state processes leveraging Lean principles and end to end Automation
- Collaborate across Ecosystem and functional stakeholders to create a detailed Process Re-design Roadmap including investments and benefits across months; Also responsible to track global implementation of the Roadmap to deliver Business Outcomes as committed in the Business Case
- Bring in external thinking with best practices from across industries to improve Business Outcomes
- Knowledge and experience of process mapping using industry leading technology, prescribed tools and techniques
- Work closely with Trainsitions and IT teams to define the Value Delivery roadmap (including Productivity and Automations)

**Qualifications**
- 5-10 years supply chain or operations experience
- Experienced in Change Delivery, Lean, Process Mapping, Agile, Process Re-Engineering or Transformation.
- Domain experience covering critical areas for the Function
- Should have extensive experience in mapping business needs for current processes and converting them into future solutions using aspects of technology, speed, cost and experience
- Ability to translate business needs to the most appropriate technical solution which could be bespoke or bough off the shelf, as the case may be.
Good understanding of RPA principles and NL/ML techniques, thereby providing the best automation solution to the busines
