- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a _Manufacturing Engineer_ _located in _Aguascalientes_
- Manufacturing Engineer is required to support NPIs in the Medical Area and sustaining medical production Lines._
- The Manufacturing Engineer will be focused into the new product introduction up to the new product released including Production Line, Tooling, Facilities and MPIs Development as well as Process Validation Protocols and Executions, MVP, IQ, OQ, PQ & MVR._
What a typical day looks like:
- _
Duties performed in this role may include but are not limited to the following:_- _
Follow the NPI Activities to implement New Programs_
- _
Develop and implement MPIs, Layouts, Tooling and Facilities for Medical new programs_
- _
Process Validation, Protocols development and executions, MVPs, IQs, OQs, PQs and MVRs._
- _
Production Line Support to current medical products & continuous improvement._
- _
Analyses, detects, identifies, and corrects technical problems and deficiencies_
- _
Provides technical support for clients and business along with product knowledge as required._
The experience we're looking to add to our team:
- _
Experience in MPIs Plan Development and implementations_
- _
Experience in Process Validation_
- _
Experience in FMEA/statistical methods_
- _
Experience in Analyzing and planning workforce utilization, space requirements, workflow, design layout of equipment, workspace for maximum efficiency and automation implementation_
- _
Experience in the development of training and provide training to production personnel during new technology transfer_
- _
Experience in NPIs Process_
- _
Experience to Resolves test yield problems by performing analysis of root causes, developing and coordinating corrective action measures and monitoring improvements_
- _
Experience in automation equipment_
