exciting opportunity has arisen at Teva Pharmaceuticals for an experienced Facilities Manager to join us as the Associate Director Facilities Management & Real Estate for México & LATAM cluster.
As the LATAM Associate Director Facilities Management, you will be responsible for the strategic oversight of all Facilities, Real Estate and Physical Security services for all sites in our LATAM region to support business operations.
Your key focus will be to support governance over the management of Hard & Soft Services and Projects, drive continuous improvement across all sites and strengthen relationships with our employees and stakeholders.
In the scope of México, you will be responsible to lead and implement the procedures and policies related to fleet, facilities, real estate, physical security services, EH&S;, waste management and maintenance from all the locations in México.
How you'll spend your dayAs the México & LATAM Associate Director Facilities Management & Real Estate, your responsibilities include:
Provide strategic support for the team overseeing all facilities,



real estate and physical security operations.Lead changes for assigned sites in accordance with the strategic initiatives within GFM&RE; and TEVA Corp.Assist sites during the development of annual budgets for operational and capital expenses, to reach cost reduction targets set by the Business and Teva.Monitor Facilities service levels in line with SOPs, SLAs, and KPIs to support business operations and reach service improvement targets.Engage with all relevant stakeholders on a recurring basis including with relevant business manager to align on goals and work plans, and coordinate with other functions (i.e.
Corporate Security, EHS, Finance, HR, Procurement, Legal, etc.)
to meet business needs.Oversee Cluster strategic FM/RE projects, such as; opening and/or closure of sites, construction, relocating sites, technology-related projects, etc.Ensure compliance with Teva and GFM&RE; policies, procedures, operating plans and SOPs.Support the Sr.



Dir IM and VP GFM&RE; with the implementation of global strategic plans and initiatives for assigned sites.Identify operational requirements and solutions for upcoming issues and problems (bottlenecks) on various organizational levels.Your experience and qualificationsFluent English.Minimum 7 years' experience in Facility Management and Real Estate - including management of budgets, soft & hard services, and capital projects.Bachelor's degree (preference given to those with a degree in Facilities Management, Engineering or related field).
Master's degree - advantage.Strong ability to develop presentation/business cases and present to all levels of management.Experience with Manufacturing, R&D;,



and Distribution operations at a pharmaceutical or other regulated company preferred.Well-developed leadership skills coupled with outstanding people, communication, and problem-solving skills.Proven ability to initiate, manage, and successfully implement significant change processes.Financial oversight experience.Team player, service oriented, supportive and has an ability to create strong networks within a matrix organization.Management of an organization in a state of uncertainty and regular change while being flexible to meet the requirements of the customer and business.Enjoy a more rewarding choiceCompetitive leave, health, and wellbeing benefits.
