The Role
As a Partners Strategy Manager, you will manage relationships with key business partners, ensuring they align with company goals and bring value to both sides. You’ll lead the strategic partnership strategy from the identification, definition, deal structuring (in a holistic manner: financial, technical, and operational), stakeholder management, deals closing, and overall partnership portfolio management.
Working with different teams, you’ll help make sure partnerships run smoothly within the company.
You’ll also track important metrics like sales growth, partner satisfaction, and new customer leads to measure success. This role requires a mix of big-picture planning, project management, and hands-on execution, all essential for the company’s growth and success.

Responsibilities
Strategic Partnership Development
- Build, develop, and maintain relationships with starting strategic partners.
- Drive the strategic partner pipeline, identifying and onboarding new partners that align with the organization’s growth goals.
- Quantify and monitor partners' addressable business value and execute strategies to capture a targeted percentage of that value.
Program Development & Execution
- Design and manage scalable partner programs, including pricing, revenue-sharing, and leads distribution policies.
- Oversee the integration pipeline of partners, ensuring technical and operational alignment.
- Create and implement initiatives to generate and distribute merchant leads effectively.
Performance Monitoring & Business Reviews
- Establish and track KPIs for partner performance, including GMV growth, partner NPS, and lead generation.
- Conduct periodic business reviews with partners to assess progress and identify opportunities for optimization.
Collaboration & Operational Alignment
- Foster cross-functional collaboration with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Product, etc.) to align partner initiatives with broader organizational goals.
- Enable seamless integration of partners into existing workflows and operational structures.
Market Analysis & Strategy
- Monitor market trends, emerging partners, and best practices to identify opportunities and improve engagement strategies.
- Provide insights to refine revenue-sharing models, pricing strategies,
and overall partnership frameworks.
Experience
- 5 years or more of proven experience in partner management, business development, or similar roles, preferably in fintech, e-commerce, or payments.
- Demonstrated success in onboarding and scaling strategic partnerships.
- Strong track record of influencing cross-functional teams to deliver collaborative results.
- Strategic thinking and ability to quantify and execute on business opportunities.
- Exceptional relationship management and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management capabilities, including pipeline and portfolio management.
- Proficiency in data analysis and performance monitoring tools.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and lead distribution platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Ready and able to travel
- Fluent in Spanish and English
